EFFECTS OF NEW TECHNOLOGY ON WORK PRACTICES AND THE STRUCTURE OF ORGANISATION , INDUSTRY AND COMMUNITY.

 Technology has been changed time by time or along with the time. Technology has been developed along with the human beings. Technology is developing continuously and its effecting our life and improving our living standard. If we talk about the fields in which technology has been developed then I will not hesitate to say that technology has been developed in every field if that is a industry side or there is community. But there is no question that new technology is effecting our life from both sides from one side its making our work easy but from the other side we are loosing our working efficiency in some fields because of the new technology. So in this web log we will talk about the effects of new technology on work practice and the structure of an organisation, an industry or on any community.  In today’s world if we talk about the effects of new technology on our work practice than I want to say that our work practice has become easier and more effective. Works which man was doing before now those can be done by robots or lot of works you can leave on computer to do. Computer can take decision by it self so we have no need to be much worried about our work for example if I talk about any new technology which has effected our work then here is one good example in the airlines field. Now one of the airlines company has introduced a very powerful computer technology for the flight to control it computer can take your flight on the run way and can take off flight by itself can change the root and after that can land the flight on the specific point. It means there is no need of any pilot in your flight. But this technology has been not allowed yet  for the flight with passengers but soon we will see it. It means flight is becoming easier for a pilot to control. In this position his work becoming easy. But on the other hand pilot is loosing his working efficiency if he has no need to be worried about the flight than he can make a mistake latter on when the flight should be in any difficult condition and than the results can be very dangerous.  If we talk about any industry than you can see that it has become more easy to work with the machines because of new technology there production speed has been in creased but there in few cases you are loosing the quality of you product because some times computer and machines can miss some thing and can make a big mistake then a human being and result can be a big loss of your time and money as well. So like this we can see that new technology is affecting our work practice, our industry and other things from both sides one is good for us and other is not. So we can make our work easy with the help of new technology but we can’t leave every thing on the computers and on the latest machines of new technology.
